First Five Years Fund has recently released a new collection of fact sheets detailing how the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) helps families and kids in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. 

Child care is a necessity for working parents, yet the cost of quality care often places it out of reach for many families. CCDBG subsidies provide working parents with access to quality child care in a setting of their choice. It helps young children thrive while supporting working parents’ ability to work or go to school.
