Subject: Child Care Meeting OR Site Visit Request
Hi [staffer],
I’m a constituent and [provider/advocate/parent/other] from [city/state]. I would like to schedule a meeting/child care site visit with you to discuss the importance of child care in our community. As a PROVIDER/SMALL BUSINESS OWNER/ETC, I know that families in TOWN rely on child care. Are you available for a tour of our child care site or meeting while you’re home in the district for the February work period?
Sincerely,
[your name]
