ECE State Profiles Examine Federal Footprint from State to State
The First Five Years Fund is developing a series of state profiles to provide a high-level overview of the various early childhood education opportunities that exist within states, including those made possible with federal funding.
States and communities across the nation are prioritizing efforts to ensure more children have access to high-quality early learning and care from birth through age five. And much of the progress at the state and local levels has been made possible through strong partnerships with the federal government aimed at expanding access, increasing quality, and more.
Take a look at the first batch of state profiles here to check out the early learning landscape from state to state, and learn why federal support and partnerships are critical — especially at a time when so many states are doing such great work on behalf of their youngest learners.
More state profiles will be released in the coming weeks.
